Disposition versions
15. Financial assistance is paid to the tutor in a single monthly payment.
In the case of Indigenous customary tutorship, where 2 tutors are covered by the certificate of Indigenous customary tutorship, the monthly amount of financial assistance is paid to the tutor who submitted the initial application for financial assistance or the renewal application, as the case may be; it is paid to both tutors if the initial application for financial assistance or the renewal application, as the case may be, was submitted jointly by both tutors.
